*PROCESSING TIME*
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday). You will get a tracking email as soon as it ships from our warehouse in New Jersey.

*SHIPPING RATES*
We ship via USPS & UPS Ground.

- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): *$7.00*
- *FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50*

Delivery time is from the date it ships, not the date you order.

*TRACKING*
Tracking is emailed automatically. Allow 24 hours for it to update.

*OUR PACKAGING - PLEASE READ*
We fill by net weight, not volume. Your bag says 1.76 oz on the bottom - that's the exact weight on a certified scale. We don't pump the bag with air to make it look full, so it may look half empty. That's normal.

If your sealed bag weighs less than what it says on the bottom, email us a photo on a scale at hello@madarnaturals.com and we will refund you.

*ADDRESS ERRORS*
Please check your address before you pay. If you enter the wrong address and the package is returned, we will charge shipping again to resend it.

*LOST / STOLEN / DELIVERED*
If tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it:
1. Check with neighbors / leasing office
2. Wait 24 hours (carriers scan early sometimes)
3. Email us

If your package is lost in transit (no update for 7 days), we will reship it or refund you - your choice.

If it arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos.
